Aiea offers spectacular waterfront views along its southwestern coastal area and a backdrop of lush green hills and mountains to the northeast. The neighborhoods in Aiea are quiet and welcoming. The communities closest to the harbor feature luxurious condominiums, modern townhouses, and custom single-family homes, while those farther from the water primarily offer single-family homes with larger lots.
